Raised in San Antonio, Derek Morales founded The Law Office of Derek D. Morales, PLLC, with the goal of providing knowledgable legal representation while maintaining the personal attention of a local, family-focused practice. For nearly a decade, he has represented individuals, families, and businesses throughout San Antonio and the surrounding communities. Resolving matters involving family law, commercial litigation, estate planning and probate, guardianships, and personal injury.

Derek earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio before receiving his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Since being licensed to practice law in Texas in 2016, he has built a representation for thoughtful advocacy, practical legal guidance, and a client-first approach.

Renee Morales brings compassion, professionalism, and thoughtful guidance to every client she serves. Originally from Alice, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin before obtaining her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she and Derek began the next chapter of both their professional and personal lives.

Licensed in Texas since 2016, Renee has experience representing clients in a variety of legal matters and continues to support the firm’s clients and operations. While she has stepped back from full-time practice to focus on raising her growing family, she remains an integral part of the firm and continues to assist clients and the legal team whenever needed.

Her dedication to both her family and the firm’s clients reflects the values that have always been at the heart of the Law Office of Derek D. Morales, PLLC.
